Google Steps It Up By Bringing High-Tech Generation Google Assistant and Google Home
Google is one of the largest well-known search engines in the world. Now, their bringing a new form of search to their new products, Google Assistant and Google Home. They’ve announced that they have collaborated with local home service providers like HomeAdvisor and Porch. Users who own a device that have Google Assistant, they will be able to ask for contractors like a plumber. Once they’ve asked for a specific contractor, this generates a lead that will give you information with a local service provider.
As far as HomeAdvisor, users can ask to be connected directly through the phone once a contractor has been found or a list of relevant pre-screened contractors have been announced. This is a different type of user experience like no other and Google a Q&A interface that’s redefined to find leads fast and easy. This new function will be out within the next week or so. The only thing we’re unclear of is that Google didn’t mention anything about how many third-party directories will be involved with Google or how they will organize or present these inquiries. Also, we’re unsure of how google will collect prices for the services. Since, this function has not launched yet we aren’t 100% sure how this will work. But, it seems that this will be useful for both the consumer and the contractor.
